Hi, I’m Kristi - a Virtual Assistant for health and wellness coaches.

I’m based in Pennsylvania and bring a unique blend of finance expertise, corporate experience, and a genuine passion for fitness and helping others. With a degree in finance and several years in an administrative/customer service role, I’ve built my business around supporting health and wellness coaches like you in scaling with ease.

I handle the tasks that take up your valuable time - so you can focus on what you do best: transforming lives. From admin support and bookkeeping to data entry and CRM management, I provide the structure and systems your business needs to run smoothly and sustainably.

I’m a quick learner who thrives on growth and new challenges, which is exactly what inspired me to launch my own business! My goal is simple: to help you create more freedom in your work and life - whether that means taking on more clients, or finally having a long weekend with family and friends.

When I’m not working with clients, you can find me at the gym, snowboarding, or playing golf. I’m also a big fan of cozy nights with my dog, crisp fall days, and a good true crime podcast.
